Biography

Roseberry Community Consortium provides education, support, and outreach activities to disadvantaged groups of young people across the Tees Valley region. We focus on music, singing and dancing, keep fit, anti-bullying techniques, Street safe self-defence and revision classes for school curriculum.

Through the support of Sport England and the National Lottery Fund, we created a community hub in Stockton on Tees in 2021, that contains a gym, a dance studio, music rehearsal rooms and teaching rooms a recording studio and a podcasting studio. With full disabled access.

Key activities

  • StarmakerZ: Offering free music workshops in singing, dancing and music tuition. Run every Saturday, 12pm to 2pm.
  • StarmakerZ Collective: A weekly choir celebrating neurodiversity and diversity. Run every Monday, 6pm to 7pm
  • Self- defence : A class teaching anti-bullying techniques. Run every Saturday, 10am to 12pm.
  • Parents and toddler group: To support caregivers with young children,. Run every Tuesdays and Thursdays, 9.30am to 11.30am.

Neuro Network: An activity based group running for adults, parents and children with neurodiverse conditions like dyspraxia, dyslexia, autism, ADHD and other relevant neurodiverse conditions
