Darlington Business Club Limited and, as a condition of membership, its members, commit to:

Confidentiality

Maintain the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality in all dealings with potential, current and past members and extend the same standards to all our suppliers and associates.

Ethics

Conduct ourselves honestly and honourably. Any advice or guidance given will take proper account of ethical considerations.

Membership Fees

Darlington Business Club Limited set membership and other fees at very competitive levels in line with the “not for profit” ethos of the club. Members undertake to pay membership fees and other monies due to the club as quickly as possible and always within 30 days of the liability arising.

Professional Conduct

Conduct all activities professionally and with integrity.
