Darlington Business Club offers networking, support and advice to local businesses of all sizes in and around Darlington.

The business club meets on the first Wednesday of the month at 6.30 pm for 7.00 pm with an update from the club chairman, introductions from club members and a main presentation highlighting important / current business issues.

Membership is open to businesses and not-for-profit / third sector organisations in and around Darlington.

Membership fees are scaled:

• Charities/not-for-profits can apply for free membership,
• businesses with 1-5 staff pay £40 per annum,
• business with 6+ staff pay £80 per annum.

You can attend 2 meetings free of charge before becoming a member and guests are welcome. Please come along to relax and network with like-minded business people over the free buffet.

Message from the Chairman

Darlington Business Club is a thriving organisation, attracting upwards of 50 businesses at each of our monthly meetings. We work with other local organisations including Darlington Borough Council and The Darlington Partnership to encourage innovation and business growth in and around Darlington. Our latest initiative is our successful Buy Local Darlington & District project that launched at Darlington College on 15th February 2012, attracting over 100 businesses from Darlington and the surrounding area. Buy Local was developed to showcase the wealth of excellent businesses in and around our town and encourage them to look to each other as suppliers before going out of area. This is just the start - we want 2012 to be a year of growth for our members and we aim to provide a full calendar of events including another Buy Local event in September 2012. We hope to see you at our next meeting!
