One of the main reasons parents/carers use childcare is to enable them to work or train, so any changes in the local employment market will affect local demand for childcare.
Darlington Local Authority has a statutory duty to carry out an annual Childcare Sufficiency Assessment in the borough. As part of this assessment, we would very much like to gather your views, as a local business owner, on how the pandemic already has or is likely to change your business working patterns.
