Nichola Reeder is a co-founder of 12th Man Solutions Ltd, a marketing communications consultancy which has worked with international corporates, SME’s and start-ups for over 5 years. ProExTra, the exhibitions training and project management consultancy division was launched in response to the growing demand for exhibition expertise and provides the inspiration to deliver better events & more profitable returns for visitors, exhibitors and event organisers.
An experienced exhibitor herself with multinational companies, Nichola now work across several event initiatives including exhibitor training, strategic planning, visitor recruitment, live theatre production and project execution. ProExTra has partnered with event organisers such as William Reed Business Media to provide strategic consultancy and with the Department for International Trade North East to deliver a series of workshops aimed at maximising exhibitor investment.
Prior to joining 12th Man Solutions Nichola spent over 15 years’ working in FMCG and retail with senior roles across sales and marketing for Asda, Mars UK and Heineken.
