AAA Caring Caretaker was set up in late 2014, initially to support the property portfolio of AAA Property North East Ltd together with their Clients and Landlords also being managed by AAA Property North East Ltd.

Employing mainly ex forces personal who are DBL Checked and Security vetted, AAA Caring Caretaker, has the Tees & Esk Valley NHS along with Flexspace, LandMarc and Finchale College as some of its major Clients.

Today the Company, offers clients the full facilities management package, including maintenance, Office Cleaning, removals, painting and decorating and Landlord property services.

With our Signage division covering the erection of estate agency signs and property checks we can now offer a service from Aberdeen down to Sheffield.
